iPhone models purchase on US
Can I buy Europe or Latin America iPhone models in a USA store? I’ll be in a trip and I want to buy the model that will work all the 4g frequencies in those places.

No. Only US models are sold in the US.
Warranty and service for a phone is also only valid in country of purchase. You are best off buying a phone in the same country where it will be used.
