Legitimate emails vs scam

I am paranoid about opening up scam emails--A pop-up says my apple product needs cleanings--this keeps popping and I can't see how to remove it--I haven't responded to it--is this legit?

A second pop-up looks legit says "SleepWake Failure experienced a problem" I'm supposed to click on "Send to Appel"--is that legit?
