So they were the only company to accept bail out money and other support during 2008? Other than Chase, Citi, GM, General Electric and just about every financial institution? So which one would you have had Apple choose?

That link is for sales and advertising, can it explain to me why Goldman Sachs is the issuer? That I don’t get or understand. Why would Apple partner with a Goldman Sachs?
I'm just a person like you, so I can't tell you why Apple does what they do.
If you don't like how they have it set up then don't use it.
