App Rearrangement
I’m having an issue with my apps. Whenever I try to move an app to some other place on thhe screen, when pressing home button, the app will return to its original place. I can’t find a way to make it stop.

Are you now on iOS 13.1? If you are, turn zoom off in Settings > Accessibility > Zoom
