Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
Greetings Baolindun,
It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help the Community answer your questions:
Does it happen when you are using specific apps?
Does it ask for the password at other times?
Does it happen every time you unlock the iPhone?
Take care.
It means that needs to update your account.
Try to add your password on setting’s suggestion.
Go to:
settings> name > iTunes Store and App Store
Restart device.
If issue persist, sign out:
settings> name >SCROLL DOWN>sign out
and at the end sign in again.
your password needs to be update also there.
I'm also getting this! We're an enterprise environment and its happening to hundreds of our devices constantly.. Are you in an Organization thats using MDM management, or just a standalone consumer user?
We gets prompts at least once every 24 hours. I also feel it's related to app updates (app updates slider on)
Issue goes away if you turn app updates off, but thats not the point.. we want auto updates for apps!
I am a stand alone user. Will try to turn off the auto update and see what will happen.
Thanks for your help!👍
