ios 13 imessage attachments

I made a phone call to Apple support and described the issue. I explained that the info button that you used to look at to see them does not show them now and currently shows Photos, links, locations and attachments. The attachments are not the voice memos sent back and forth in the texting app but are now instead the actual "voice memos" or recordings you make with your phone. He had no idea as to why you can still save them individually or forever in settings yet have to scroll back through so much text to find them as opposed to them being saved somewhere all together. He did not know if the feature was gone forever or if was an oversight. Perhaps if enough people as we will see the feature brought back or get some further clarification.

Well, if this issue doesn’t get fixed I am not using an iPhone anymore and will switch to something like Google Pixel. I contacted Apple support twice with no help. This has been an issue for many users since September and there has been little to no information or solution given. I now don’t have access to 10GB of photos and 5GB of videos as well as documents and voice memos due to this issue. It would take me a week to simply scroll through messages manually to find some attachments. This is a vital feature to have especially given the prices of these products as well as paying $9.99 a month for iCloud only for me to not have access to shared photos and videos. Seriously done with Apple products.
