Hi, am trying to use Apple Arcade for the first time, when I press the try for free button on the App Store it doesn’t do anything, loading circle spins for 2 seconds and the button flashes up again, please could someone advise how to fix this.....thanks in advance!

Hi, try going to settings>general>reset>and reset the network settings. Also, try force rebooting the phone. (Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo).
Try signing out of your Apple ID and signing back in and resetting your wireless router.
Hi thank you for your reply I have tried this and still doesn’t work.
did you already force close the App Store app?
By swiping up and closing yes, and must of restarted device around 5 times
