Wifi stopped working on iphone after ios 13.1 update, What can i do to fix that?

Didn't work, WiFi did not work even at work. so I researched bit more and figured out I had to reset the VPN. I was running 1.1.1.1 VPN app, and I had to disable it, then once it was disabled, it connected to Wifi, then I turned back the VPN, Wifi did not disconnect. so I guess I just had to restart the 1.1.1.1 VPN to solve the conflict.
