I cannot add any credit card to wallet

I cannot add any card to wallet, when opening the app I can only access the store, but there is no button to add a credit card

Are you in an area that supports Apple Pay? Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support

Are you using a passcode/Face ID for your device?
