If you use a Mac, iPhone, iPad or iPod then you use iTunes whether you realize it or not. iTunes is the backbone of Apple's digital store. If you use an Apple device you use these digital stores to download apps, music, media etc...
Charges from iTunes never happen randomly or unilaterally. Any charge you see, you must have initiated yourself somehow. Either by downloading an App, accepting a free trial for something that then renewed into a paid subscription or making an in-app purchase inadvertently.
Check your purchase history to find out what it was. Also make sure you don't share your credit card with anyone who may have added it to their Apple ID for purchases, or if you are the Family Organizer in a Family group, that any members of the group may have initiated a purchase which would have been charged to you.
Follow the steps to here to find out what was charged and request a refund if necessary: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
