timer for ipod touch 4th generation

Is there a timer app that I can download to my iPod Touch 4th Generation? All the ones that I've found require an IOS update that I can't install. I bought an iPod Touch 6th Generation because this old one sometimes looks like it's not going to last much longer, but I'm still preferring it for playing music. Plus, the battery life is better on the old one.
