Apple Music deleted all of my music

Apple Music randomly deleted all of my music after I downloaded iOS 13 what can I do to get it back?

Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off Sync Library and then turn it back on and Turn on “Show Apple Music”
