Voice Control in other languages than English

Hi,

Is there a way to use the new Voice Control feature in other languages than English in iPadOS 13.1? It is stuck to US English without an option to change it anyhow. Are other languages supported?

P.S. It's iPad 2018, not iPad Pro as stated in the description, but it should not be any different.
