I bought iPhone X when Apple released it . I covered it with a nice cover , in a dark day I removed the cover , I was shocked when I saw the back of my iPhone is cracked . My iPhone worked perfectly . When last update(13) released , I make the update and something went wrong. Camera , snapshot, maps doesn’t work completely. I uses my iPhone for calling only . I need your help guys.

Are you thinking that the iOS 13 update contributed to the back of your iPhone cracking? Just curious because I’m not sure if the photo and the mention was to imply that. As far as things not working...have you updated to 13.1 and those issues are still occurring?

let me write it again: my iphone cracked then , I used it for a long time without any problems. After that I updated and the camera, maps , snapshot stopped working and yes still don’t work.

apple released new update, after I updated my iPhone both cameras work fine . Thanks for the new software . It save my life while Apple supports don’t have the answer for me .
