ios 13.1 mail (ipados, too) won't load content

On the mac, the email has full content. On ios, it spins with loading forever...imap/smtp. Works fine on mac linked to same account, ios won't load the content. Other messages will load content just fine, same account. Also, sometimes content will not appear in 5 line preview in ios mail, but after opening message and getting content, then 5 line preview works.
