I am unable to edit the security setting for disabling the two factor authentication...I have tried from our iphones and our desktop to no avail! I am sorry that I even decided to enable that feature. How do I get rid of it?

Apple say:
'Just open your enrollment confirmation email and click the link to return to your previous security settings. Keep in mind, this makes your account less secure and means that you can't use features that require higher security.'
If it has been enabled for more than two weeks I'm afraid you can't disable it. Indeed on newer phones they come with it enabled by default and you can't turn it off at all.
I read that somewhere. It’s only been two days, so that’s why I’m trying to disable it now...any suggestions how to do this?
