Apple Watch Notification Issue

This morning my series 4 Apple Watch started notifying me that something is unable to download and to check my purchase history. I haven’t recently purchased any apps and the notification is repeatedly popping up. Anyone have this issue before?

I understand you're getting an alert on your Apple Watch telling you there was a problem with a previous purchase. I can see why it would be bothersome to have that notification repeatedly appearing on your Apple Watch. The steps in this support article should help you figure out why that is happening: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store.
