Resetting didn't work, but I had a VPN service and when I deleted that my wifi was back to normal.

Just find out the problem: There was an app named 1.1.1.1: Faster internet. A more private internet which claimed 44k satisfied people. I delete it and my wifi is bak.

settings - general - reset - reset network settings.
Resetting didn't work for me either. Spent several hours with 3 different Apple senior techs and they were unable to help.
I'll contact Apple support again today.
