merging apple users

how can I merge my kids user ids so they can share videos and songs? so I don't have to keep buying the same movies twice?

ipad pro, ipad 3rd and ipad 4th

Hello,

It is not possible to merge multiple Apple IDs. You can setup iCloud Family Sharing to share iTunes Store purchases.
