iOS 13.1.1 and battery issues

Update on my phone. I checked the battery usage and noticed that the Facebook app was using an outrageous percentage of juice even though I have not been using it. I deleted the app and my battery drain dropped significantly. I am not a software developer but maybe it is some issue of compatibility between 13.1.1 and this particular app.

Yea same here with my 8 plus, I even did a restore with itunes and set up as new without restoring from backup and still it's horrible. Battery health at 99% and it was perfect battery life on ios 12.4.1. Based on comments I seen on youtube it seems like a lot of other people are facing the same issues with battery on 13.1 and still on 13.1.1.

I'm really wishing I stayed on 12.4.1 until apple got their head out their a**, maybe 13.2 will be better

Same problem here with my iPhone 8. Used to have all day battery life. Now, simply taking a walk with the dog in the morning for about 15 minutes with music playing through my AirPods, the battery dropped from 100% to 74%. This problem got worse after updating to iOS 13.1.1 from iOS 13.1. This is ridiculous!!!

Turns out deleting Facebook app was just wishful thinking on my part and the problems of significant battery drain continued. However, after doing a manual sync and backup through my laptop the problem is now fixed. I am back to going two days without a charge if needed. Normally I have done syncs by WiFi

Since deleting the Facebook app fixed my battery drain I am going to wait a couple of days to update 13.1.2 and see what is posted on the forums.

Just checked the update. It’s a bug fix for issues related to shortcuts on HomePod and iCloud backup progress bar. Doesn’t say anything about battery drain
