problem with epson printer

Epson Printers and Mac computers (Mojave) run together like a hand in a good fitting glove. I run an Epson XP-900 and after I downloaded the correct drivers from Epson, everything worked perfectly. I did have an issue with no doubt sided printing and I found out on the forum that I had to add the printer as 'Secure Air Print'. I did that and I have no problem now. Hope you get it sorted.

The only "Apple" driver would be AirPrint. Otherwise, the developer must provide the driver.

For some strange reason, the Epson drivers seem to be stuck like that. You should be able to duplex with the AirPrint driver.

As stated apple dont make drivers for third party hardware if they dont provide a driver for their product it will be the last driver they provided which is used if that does not work or only partially work that is what you got

have you gone to epsons site and gotten the latests driver they made for macOS mojave ?

That is the issue! I CAN'T print double sided or B&W on AirPrint. Is Epson a bad brand to use with Mac?

Then choose the Epson driver when you add the printer.
