I’m able to receive calls and messages and get online but I can’t call out it says check the code or number and try again no matter what number I try to call even number that just call me if I try to return it says the same message

Thanks Joesph, that worked for me!!! maybe you can help me with this issue i keep facing i use another apple id on this phone with another sim and number everytime i back up my phone before changing sim cards and apple id but i get everything back but my key chain passwords is there somewhere i can access these thanks in advance
