IOS13.1
I downloaded IOS13.1. Now my IPhone XR does not open sometimes,it blanks out when I try to open an APP AND IS EXTREMELY SLOW. I have tried to update to IOS13.1.1 but it will not work. What’s the cure?

The basic troubleshooting steps are (1) forced restart, (2) restore as new without reloading a backup, (3) restore as new then reload the backup. What happened when you tried to update to iOS 13.1.1?
