Bought the USB-C to USB Adapter to connect iPad Pro 2018 to HDD

Hey, just bought the Apple USB-C to USB Adapter to use it with my hard drive disk. The iPad recognizes other flash drives, but when I connect my HDD doesn’t appear in the files section and neither a message that its not compatible or something.

“iPadOS 13 supports the following disk formats:

  • macOS Extended journaled — YES read and write
  • FAT32 — YES read and write
  • XFAT — YES read and write
  • NTFS — NO
  • APFS — YES”
