How to stop Profile app in which my stalker is using to mirror my every movement on my iPhone 8 -Chanceé

My iPhone 8 Plus is being hacked by profile app and I am being stalked by a woman named Cheryl who has been stealing my identity and is a pure demonized criminal! My phone is being hacked along with credit card numbers and emails, social media and worst off my pics are being stolen as well and she shows up to every location I am at. I was aware that Profile app is only used with federal employees. Why the **** does this b**** have this kind of profile app in her possession and she’s on ssi and mentally disabled and abuses it to a tee! How can I fix this apple!?
