Since updating to 13.1 and then 13.1.1 I’m having issues accessing some websites.
Mainly ones that involve secure sites like ones that involve a payment or a bill
anyone else having the same ?
I have cleared my caches and history and changed my safari access on my phone but still nothing. The page just won’t load

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?
Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
