There is a library song in my iTunes macOS.
why can’t I see it in my iPhone iTunes?
why there is the massage “only in my iPhone “ as seen in the screenshot?
both devices are connected to the same Apple ID

If I'm understanding correctly, there is a song on your computer that you would your iPhone, and there is a message at the top of your screen "showing only music on this iPhone". My music is important to me, and I will be glad to assist.
The message at the top of your screen is advising that you are currently viewing only music that is stored or downloaded to the iPhone. If you tap Back at the top left, you will be brought to the Library where you'll see other options to view music ie. Playlists, Songs etc. Here you should also be able to locate the missing song.
