Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!


If I'm understanding your post correctly, all the songs on your iPhone are greyed out and will not play.


Are you using Apple Music?


Do you sync your music to your iPhone using iTunes?


Check out these articles and try the steps provided on your iPhone:


If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library


Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes on your computer
