Hi, I’m trying to send a gift card through iTunes and and error messages keeps popping up that the sends email address is invalid.
Can you help?
The recipient of your gift must have an Apple ID in the same country or region that you do. For example, you can't send a $25 App Store & iTunes Gift from the United States to a friend who lives in Norway.

Check your Apple ID.
I think it’s a bug in iOS 13. All of the devices I’ve updated to iOS 13 now have this issue. The devices I decided to hold off and are still running iOS 12 work perfectly fine. So I think it’s not an issue with my Apple ID, but an issue with iOS 13.

Thank you for taking to the time to reply to my query, however the person and I are both in the same region/country, sitting alongside each other. My issue is my email address/Apple id isn’t being recognized in this part of the app.
Do you have any other advice/options?
