Magic mouse 2 and magic keyboard do not wake iMac 16,2 running windows

Sorry for taking so long to answer.

Before trying your advice, I ended up solving the problem through an .exe file in the Bootcamp support software folder I have. After scrutinizing the support software folder, I decided to run the Bootcamp setup .exe file which I orginally thought was a copy of the Bootcamp app in macOS (which is why I hadn't tried it before). After I set up that Bootcamp exe file, almost everything from my iMac started to work properly. In the Device Manager, the drivers for the keyboard, the mouse and the Broadcom Bluetooth devices were installed and I was able to enable the Wake the computer with this device in the Power Management panes of the keyboard and the mouse's Properties.

Okay. How do I create a System Restore point? This is done in macOS, I gather.

I checked them. Here are the screen shots.

I cannot click the allow this device to wake the computer box because it is grayed out. However in the Network Adapter properties, I clicked that same box in the power management tab, but it does not stay. When I go back in the Power Managment tab, it is unchecked.
