iPhone 11 Bluetooth not working

I'm having the exact same issue as above. I just got a brand new iphone 11 and have installed the 13.1.1 and my bluetooth is also not picking up any devices as available - I don't have a list at all. Can you please help?

This is exactly what mine is doing too. I was hoping that it would connect after the 13.1.1 update, but no luck. I am wondering if it’s a hardware issue? I am going to take it in this week to check.
