Hello,
If Safari can't open the page because too many redirects occurred
This might occur when you open a page that is redirected to another page, which is then redirected to open the original page.
If a webpage redirects too many times, it might have been set up in a way that is causing a redirect loop. In that case, the owner of the page will need to correct the issue.
The issue might also relate to outdated redirect information in your browser cache or cookies. To find out:
If the issue continues, repeat these steps, but instead of clicking Remove for the redirecting website, click Remove All to remove stored data for every website you've visited in Safari.
Hi Harris116,
You can do this from iPadOS as well: Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced (bottom) > Website Data > search for the redirect or find on list > click Edit > delete.
If that does not resolve, you can clear history and website data in Settings > Safari
Will want to make sure to restart your iPad as well after trying the steps.
Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.
Safari - Clear the history and cookies on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Thanks, brittier8. Yes, I saw this answer when I first googled my question. The problem is, on an iPad (the unit on which the problem is occurring), when you go to Safari preferences and go to Privacy, there is no “Manage Website Data.” But I do appreciate your responding to my question.
Peace,

Did what you said, still getting the same “cannot open because of too many redirects” message.
But I appreciate your response. Thanks, Eric.

Thank you so much, brittier8. It worked! I really appreciate your help.
Thanks again! 😁
Peace,

Yay! Glad to hear that worked!
You are very welcome, Harris116! 🥳
