What I meant to post before the hosting software interfered:


Sign into the Mac App Store, and immediately on its lower left panel, click on your user name/icon. This will take you to the Accept panel which lists Pages, Numbers, and Keynote there. Select them, and you will then be able to begin using these applications normally.

Thank you. When I go to the account page after signing in, there is no opportunity to accept pages, numbers, keynote etc. it has Account at the top, Purchased below, then icons of each app I want to update. Each has an update button highlighted. When I hit the update a pop up appears telling me to accept the app on the account page in the App Store. So back to square one essentially. I appreciate the guidance.
