If it was made for sale in South Korea, you will not be able to turn the sound off. You can simply put your finger over the speaker as you take a picture and it will dampen the sound significantly. You can also download camera apps that don't have a shutter sound. One is called, if I recall, Manner Cam.
Or, just don't take pictures where doing so would bother other people.

Sorry, but based on where you bought your phone, you cannot silence the camera shutter sound.
There is not as this is a privacy laws from the place you purchased in.
Are there any other ways? To turn off camera sound
Hello Jurij000,
Depending on where you are located or where the phone was purchased, that not be possible due to local laws such as Japan.
Adjust the shutter-sound volume
Adjust the volume of the shutter sound using Ringer and Alerts settings.
Go to Settings
> Sounds (Sounds & Haptics on models with system haptics). Or, mute the sound using the Ring/Silent switch. (In some regions, muting is disabled.)
I live in Lithuania, the phone was made for South Korea..
