iPadOS 13 - battery drain (notes app)

Hi everyone,

I got the iPadOS 13.1.1 after installing the initial 13 version few days ago.

Since I installed the new os I’ve noticed that when I use the notes app (and I use it quite a lot for work) or any other writing app with my Apple Pencil, the bottom of the screen (so if the iPad would be standing vertically with the home button at the bottom, it would be the right side) becomes very very warm (I feel it with the palm while writing) and the battery starts to drain incredibly quickly.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any advices? I already restarted the iPad and switched

it on and off.

I’m using a 9.7’’ 2016 iPad Pro.
