During the i0S update to 13.1.2 - won't REBOOT at all.. nothing i tried, attaching to computer/itunes i tried having connected for power for an hour. nothing at all.. won't restart.. just a blank black screen.. any help would be appreciated..

I went the thru steps again, i was able to get to "unfreeze" finally - I held on the power button longer when I had it connected to the computer and Itunes.. then it came back on .. :)
After installing update 13.1.2 on my iphone 8 I can no longer make phone calls or open contacts any way to reverse it?
