Hi! I can download new apps, but I can't update existing apps on my phone.
I've tried all the different ways to try and fix it online, but none of them have solved the issue. What should I do?

You need to go back to using your original Apple ID. Then contact iTunes Support about the disabled ID. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.

Did you change your Apple ID after you downloaded the existing apps? What happens when you try to update the apps? Error message(s)?
Yes! I made a new one since my other account was disabled. It’s a completely different one, but it still says my completely new one is disabled. I don’t know what to do about it.
