Can't see my airpods serial number on my phone.
I did the step to check the serial number of my airpods from iphone the serial number only have number 1?

To locate the serial number of your AirPods, you can follow these steps: Find the serial number of your AirPods - Apple Support.
On your companion iPhone, when you navigate to Settings > General > About > AirPods, you should see the serial number that is found on the case lid. If you do not see the serial number appearing, make sure your AirPods have been successfully paired with your iPhone: Connect and use your AirPods - Apple Support, and restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
