it was working fine last month. And now when i want to pay my subscriptions they said failed need to update . I updated and its still the same . Updated the same thing 3 times and was charge 3 times. Come on man.

If nothing of the above was of success, then contact Apple, asking to speak with Apple Store Staff. See where this all stands.

First off, use a hardwire connection, rather than Wi-Fi. It is more secure, and more reliable for optimum speed.
Consult your Financial Institution:
For assistance with this, contact your financial institution. Sometimes when transactions are made, a method of payment may just not go through.
Typically, you see this occur in the evening or when data is transferred via a VPN connection. In brief, this is most likely seen as suspicious activity, and needs to get approved of.
So, run it by the financial institution, and see where things can go from there. Or wait until midday, and don’t use a VPN connection.
