IOS 13 + 13.1 NO MOBILE DATA

Hi all,

Since the updates, my MOBILE DATA is blank. Literally, a blank page. My iphone 8plus doesn’t find any carrier and the mobile data page is blank. I tried toggling airplane mode, network reset, restarts, changing sim cards. Nothing works. HELP ANYONE 🙏🏽

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to connect to cellular data on your iPhone. To help with this, please follow the steps in these Apple resources:


Make sure that you are running the latest iOS update, which at the time of this writing is iOS 13.1.2:


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Then make sure you check for and install any carrier updates:


Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad


Afterwards, restart your iPhone


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Then go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings - Please note that this also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that were used before.
