Apple Watch work internationally?

Hi, I just bought a GPS only Apple Watch (Series 5) from New York, just wondering if it would work in the UK without any problems (or any other European countries for that matter)? Many thanks-

Yes. The GPS-only watch will work fine all over the world, as its the same model for every country.
