I have tried activating a location service but i doesnt change from ask to always. The app is restarting because of this. I am using iphone X and i installed the same app to another iphone x with ios 13 and its working.
what to do. Its not even showing in location services.

The app is working in iphone x and xr both. Decible hrm is the app.
Delete the app and redownload it. Then run it and wait until it asks you if Location Services can be enabled.
Did the same for three times
