I have had the apple upgrade program for 24 months. I am looking to upgrade my iphone 8+ to an 11 max but I'm not sure how to go about it since I now technically own the phone now, or have one payment left. Do I have to go into a store to do this? I live an hour away from the closest one so I was wondering what I should do.

It will check your account and confirm your status, as well as telling you what your options are.
