Ever since updating my iPhone 8 to IOS 13, I'm having issues texting contacts with multiple phone numbers. When I start new message and choose a contact, it will show a spinning circle which will continue spinning until I click on the name and choose the mobile number.

Yes, me, too, since yesterday, when I realized what had happened. If there are two cell numbers under one contact (business and personal), they're now merged and I can only text the number I last texted before the update to 13. The only way to tell which number is being texted is if there's a previous thread so it will go to that thread. There is no way to text the other number. So now, I have to go through hundreds of contacts, delete them and create two new separate contacts for each. I'm a college prep tutor and need both numbers for texting, so this is insane! I spent hours with several Apple techs yesterday and one today, and there's no way around this. Turns out, no one at the call center (high level techs) even knew about this glitch!!! I cannot believe they weren't informed about such an important change. There has to be a way back from this. HELP!
