Bottoms row of icons keep rearranging themselves after iOS 13.1.2

And literally now they went back - try rotating your phone to landscape then back..

If you haven't already done so, I recommend restarting your iPhone. You can use the steps for restarting here: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Let's also make sure there are no pending app updates. Updating apps in iOS 13 has changed a bit. You can see how to update here: Update apps or use automatic downloads

If those steps don't help, I would like to get a bit more information on what's happening. That way we can get you pointed toward a resolution.

Are you seeing this happen with all apps reverting, or just those in the dock?

Does this happen after any specific event, like a restart, or use of an App?

If you choose different apps for the dock, does the same behavior happen?

I’m having the same issue on my iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 13.3. The 4 apps in dock keep rearranging in reverse. Tried hard reset and restarting etc. Nothing seems to work. It’s very unnerving to see this happening again and again.

I'm having the issue. The 'docked' icons shift around every so often.

My iPhone is doing this too...the dock icons reverse themselves. When I put them back, a little while later they reverse themselves again. I’m on iOS 13.2.2. It started doing this ever since I updated to iOS 13.

Same thing happened to me just this morning. It’s happened a few times in the last few months and was really annoying when the bug made it almost impossible to move shortcuts...
