How can I download IOS 13 on my iPhone 6?

I have a question. Why is IOS 13 not for older devises than iPhone 6s? I want to use an emoji or dark version, but my devise is not compatible with IOS 13... Please, do with it smth.

Because iPhone 6 is too under powered to run iOS 13. The phone is now over 5 years old since release and it's no longer supported. If you want the newer features found in iOS 13, then you need a newer phone capable of running iOS 13.
