Is it against apples EULA to run Mac OS on Windows 10 using VirtualBox?
I am setting it up now and will not use my apple id to sign in just in case. I do have a mac pro so I am getting the MacOs legally.
What I want to know is what is apples stance on this if anyone knows?
That is correct. I already have a 2009 CMP that I use, but I wanted to see how the MacOs ran on a Windows PC in a virtual environment. For no other reason or use except for testing and educational purposes.
It would be hypothetically possible and as far as I can see legal to have a (real) Mac, install Windows 10 via Boot Camp, boot in to that Windows, install VirtualBox, and then in VirtualBox install a Mac VM.
Whilst this is clearly unnecessary it seems to meet the letter of the law as per the EULA and still let you see what it would be like running Mac as a VM in Windows 'for testing and educational purposes'.
MacOS can only be run on Apple hardware.

Maybe just setup Bootcamp (macs can boot either windows or mac os after all) on your Mac or run Parallel's or virtual box on the mac and windows inside it?

The OP is asking about running MacOS on a Windows computer not the other way around.
i'm aware of that - but since that's not a legal option, the same result can be accomplished with the reverse setup, running windows on a mac, in one of the ways noted above.
