Same with what happened to me!! Tried all possible solutions from toggle on and off airplane + cellular data, resetting network, resetting cellular data network, changing my sim card, tried other sim on this phone including factory resetting the iphone 8, called apple for support, didn't get a helpful feedback, instead being told to bring it for hardware service. Magically

Cellular Data worked again for few days with few glitches once a day ( hard restart fixed the problem) but now i start to lose the cellular data connection again. this is so frustrating!!

iPhone 7 (note this model is one with a known logic board problem so that could be the cause) that had no problem at all until updating to 13.1.2. Then two days with no service. Swapped sim cards with another iPhone in our house with the same carrier and it worked. Put the old sim card back in and it worked... for a few hours. Did a full factory reset and it worked... for a few hours. Installed 13.1.3 this morning and it has been working so far, but honestly I'm not convinced.

Again as this is an iPhone 7 model with the known logic board error, Apple has agreed to make repairs up to 3 years from original purchase date regardless of warranty status. The only problem is they don't fix the phone at the Apple store, they send it off. Which means who knows how long you'll be without your telephone. Not good at all for a business person (or anyone for that matter).

Same issues with my iPhone 8 Plus since 13.1.2, the signal still show up really weak few hours after update. Tried several way including factory reset the whole system and my phone can’t activate after reset. Tried to contact Apple service spending few hours to explain the situation including my phone can’t activate due to the losing signal but the agency didn’t help much. Actually she recommends me to go to settings/general to reset the network settings, which i have already did before i factory reset the whole system. Idk why a customer care agency still recommend its customer to reset the network settings on the phone which cannot activated

When iOS 13.1.3 release, i tried to factory reset again with the new version of iOS. Again signal showed up pretty well for about 6 hours before it disappearing again.

Why are there only users here quoting they have the same problem, just as me? A colleague of mine also has exactly the same problem so this is quite an obvious bug.

I was expecting someone from Apple to state here that they know about the problem and are fixing it. Instead the internet has very many tips and trick articles about this problem, but none of them really work. Maybe except the 3G setting but that is far from acceptable for the long run.

where is apple in this picture ? I can’t find an official apple article about this problem.

i just don’t want to say, but i think we are just a minor group of users Apple, i saw some positive signs in the new beta, at least my cellular setting appear a notice that this ******* $1k phone needs a new update which they keep it somewhere we don’t know. The most ridiculous thing, i believe so is my phone cannot make a call. So the main feature of this ios update could be make your iPhone improvement to be good enough as a competitor of my 7 years old ipod touch.
