Disabled

My phone has been disabled. It says to connect to iTunes due to forgetting my password. Any suggestions how to fix it?

Yes, connect it to your home computer with iTunes and erase it following the directions in this link: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
