I got an email of order confirmation but payment is not deducted!

I placed order on 30 th september for Iphone 11 pro max.

I got an email of order confirmation it says order is processing.

But payment is not deducted!

Can u please help me?

The bank account has not been debited - pre-ordered Iphone 15 pro max Hi guys, I pre-ordered iphone 15 pro max 15 september and I got an email from apple that I will be informed when it is send to me but the problem is my account haven't been charged even I don't see it on pending transaction. Why did I get an email hours after my confirmation email saying that I my product won’t be delivered until I handle something? When if already accepted my payment?

Payment is processed when the unit "ships" - when the fulfillment center orders the shipping label / pick up order from the delivery company Apple chooses
